Wild Alaskan halibut is one of the most anticipated seasonal catches of the year. Carefully managed and sustainably caught, it’s the kind of thing we look forward to. Clean, firm, and incredibly versatile—it’s a chef's favorite!

In season and on our menu, served pan-fried with sweet corn and English pea succotash, grilled asparagus and lemon-mint pistou. Look for it at our Seafood Market Counter in Temecula and Carlsbad.
