NEW SUMMER HOURS,

We have extended our closing time to 9pm from Mon-Sat

We will now be open for dinner ONLY on Monday and Tuesday

CLOSED on Wednesday

Lunch and Dinner on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday

Sunday we will now open at 1pm and will go until 7pm

New business hours have been submitted to google business listing, pending permanent adjustment.

Thank you so so much to everyone who supports us day to day, both new faces and our regulars, we really can't do this without you.

Saké highlight!

KAMEIZUMI- LE GRAND VOYAGE JUNMAI DAIGINJO GENSHU

Brewed by the renowned Kameizumi Brewery
Out of Kochi, Japan using an incredibly rare rice varietal called "Kaze Naruko" and the brewery's proprietary yest "AA41", this saké is truly one of a kind, capturing the idea of innovation rooted in tradition.

The story behind Le Grand Voyage- "The Great Journey" is almost something out of a movie.

The "AA41" Yeast was sent on a journey to the depths of the ocean, exactly at 6,225 meters below sea level, surviving for four months under 600 atmospheres of water pressure.

And if that wasn't crazy enough, they then launched it into space aboard a Russian spacecraft, spending 10 days in outer space before returning back to earth, safe and sound, and still alive.

This highly experimental Junmai Daiginjo Genshu- Pure Distilled and Undiluted saké offers a rich full-bodied mouthfeel alongside a vibrant fruit-forward profile, typical of Kochi yeasts.

Aromas of melon, dried mango, and delicate orange blossom.

Palate- Creamy, juicy, expansive, notes of banana, soft rice umami.

Texture- Crisp, dry, bright acidity.

Come taste this incredible saké, available for a limited time in our rotating lineup.

Japanese Kaiseki cusine focuses on seasonality and craftsmanship.

A series of smaller seasonal driven and artfully arranged courses that highlight many different disciplines within japanese cuisine(Raw, grilled, seafood, land animals, vegetables, etc) and hyperfixate on seasonal and local ingredients.

The beauty of the rogue valley is that it's full of a lot of incredible people that grow beautiful produce, raise beautiful animals, make amazing wine, etc.

This collaboration will focus on that philosophy and bring forth an evening full of remarkable ingredients and remarkable wine.
