Well, Truly Cajun Market started off in 2016 as a Cajun Seafood vendor at local farmers Markets in Pineville and Alexandria. π¦ π π
LC graduate, Tyler Crochet wanted to make a business sharing his South-Louisiana, Cajun culture with the world. From Farmers Markets to Food Truck, Tyler and his family built the Truly Cajun Market Food truck, and specialized in Boiled Crawfish π¦ and Boiled Shrimp π¦ !
Moving the food truck around Central Louisiana to places like Macs Fresh Market, the Batters Box, to A + Donuts, Truly Cajun eventually found their home at the Main Street Truck Park in Pineville !
Currently with a much larger menu, indoor, and outdoor seating, Truly Cajun Now offers Shrimp, Alligator, Crawfish π¦ and Fish π in their famous Poboyβs π₯, Wraps π― , Salads π₯ , and platters π€€ !
Truly Cajun has since been featured on cooking segments, magazines, and has cooked Thousands of meals for disaster relief in Central Louisiana! And we are still currently serving Our Cajun cuisine in Downtown Pineville every week ! ππΌ
And Yes, they still continue to provide seafood at the local farmers markets , and also have their seafood available at The Pineville Farm Stand located at the Truck Park. π π¦ π¦ π
Family, Faith and Culture are most important to Truly Cajun, and they would love to share it with you.
We are Currently open for Lunch from 11-2 Tuesday - Friday at the Truck park in Pineville. For pick-up or delivery on waiter πππΌ
