Happy Friday! I had asked in a previous post about shared kitchen space and appreciate all of the leads that I’m still working through! As I’ve been mulling this over I came to a possible solution that could serve a greater purpose. We have a lack of commissary space in Hendricks County so I’m considering opening one myself. I’m curious if others would have interest. Please let me know!

**Per the health department they are no longer approving the fairgrounds due to how overwhelmed that facility is.
