Hello friends! We’ve been a little quiet lately and wanted to share some updates as to the reasons why. As many of you know, we have been looking for our path to growth. Would it be a brick and mortar or a fully functional trailer? We made the decision to go with the later. Upcoming changes to state mobile food vendor guidelines, as well as a lack of reasonably priced commercial space, helped make our decision for us. Anyway, our current smoker sold last week (it was too heavy at 3300 lbs for the trailer), and our new smoker is due Wednesday. The goal is to have the trailer by 10/16 for an event we have the following week. It’s been a whirlwind but we’re still here. Y’all will be hearing more soon, and thank you for your support!

What does a bbq business do when they’re between smokers? Visit the Chicken Shak for some dang good grilled chicken. Do yourselves a favor and give them a try!
