Dear Fujiya Family,
Our hearts are heavy as we share that Fujiya Ramen Shadyside was impacted by a fire Saturday morning. While we are incredibly grateful that everyone is safe, our restaurant has suffered significant damage and will be closed temporarily until further notice.
For many years, Fujiya has been more than just a ramen shop—it has been a place where friends and families gather, celebrate, and create memories. Seeing our restaurant in this condition is heartbreaking.
We want to sincerely thank everyone who has reached out with kind words, prayers, and support since the fire. Your encouragement means more to us than you know.
Our hope is to rebuild and welcome everyone back to Shadyside, but first we need to work through the insurance process, fully assess the damage, and determine the best path forward. We will continue to share updates as we learn more.
While our Shadyside location is temporarily closed, our North Fayette location remains open and ready to welcome you. One of the best ways to support our team during this time is simply by dining with us at North Fayette, ordering takeout, or sharing our story with your family and friends.
