In Pittsburgh, there is a Dinosaur that looks over the Carnegie Library, and his name is Dippy (Diplodocus carnegii).

This Mint Matcha sugar cookie dipped in chocolate is our nod to Dippy and Mint Chip ice cream for Father's Day!

Today, we have our test batch in the shop, but you can pre-order them for Father's Day on our website!
