The Backroom "New England's coolest dinner party"- The New York Times The Backroom offers one seating on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays (Starting in January) at 6pm.

The Backroom is an intimate "dinner party-style" restaurant and event space located in Pittsfield, just minutes from Killington, Vermont. Join Chef Kevin Lasko & Katie Stiles in their open kitchen and communal dining room as they share their passion for food & entertaining with you. e always changing, always local and always delicious. We also boast a full bar with a strong cocktail program and interesting wine and beer list. Dinners are available to guests at $75 per person, exclusive of tax, gratuity and any additional beverages. We take all dietary restrictions and aversions guests might have seriously, and are happy to customize an appropriate menu.

Starting tomorrow (November 7th, 2024) at 8am, our reservation system is officially open, with seats available up to 30 days in advance.
