Suppa Time’s is upon us Friends.
Tonight is Soulful Saturday and our Final German Style Dish, Mild/Myld Sauerkraut, and this recipe comes straight from Munich. My Friend Jo who helps me manage democracy in HD2, (IYKYK) Lives there and this is his Grandmother’s Recipe. Translated from German. (I think we got it right)

Mild Sauerkraut is One of the best flavor combinations. It combines, sweet, Salty, Sour, and umami. We used Fresh Crisp Apple, rendered strip bacon, sweet onions, garlic clove, our MFF-made sauerkraut, and Caraway Seeds. Served Hot.
We will have 6oz/$5, 16oz/$13, & 32oz/$25

We would like to thank each of the 41 voters on this post. We have compiled the information, with most polling for 3 to 8. We have taken this into consideration.

Beginning November 1st we will begin our Supper Time Hours for our Local Neighborhood Location
Friday 4pm to 7pm
Saturday 4pm to 8pm
Sunday 5pm to 8pm

The Cue Coach is available for parties and catering. The hours above are for the Neighborhood Location and do not reflect our general hours of operation for events and catering.

Today 10/23/26 we have a catering Event from 11am to 330pm. The Cue Coach will be available from 4 to 7 for our standard Low n Slow Menu.

Saturday Soulful Saturday we have Braised Bacon & Caramelized Onion Myld Kraut. Sweeter and more Umami makes this warm Kraut Dish is the king of Sauerkraut.

Sunday is Industry Night. Culinary Workers will receive a 15% discount.
