An absolutely perfect birthday celebration at Rooted Minooka which these pictures don’t do justice to. Chef Eddie and Brenda have created a beautiful space and a delicious menu perfectly highlighting seasonal produce. Go get the Sweet Pea Gnudi and Carrot Salad with Labnah and Brown Butter Hazelnuts immediately!
