We’ll be closed Easter Sunday so our team can spend the holiday with family, but we’ll be open all day Saturday with a full BBQ menu and for Easter order pickup

Make Easter simple and delicious with one of our pre-cooked holiday hams, or order from our full holiday preorder menu with all the sides and extras to complete your Easter table. Orders can be placed by phone or online.

If you’ll be serving it on Sunday, just let us know when you place your order and we’ll have it vacuum sealed with easy heating instructions, so it tastes just as perfect on your Easter table.

Happy Saturday!

The sunshine was nice while it lasted, but we are back to brisket pozole and brisket chili weather. We have big pots on the stove and they are ready to warm you up.

Our internet is currently down, so online ordering and DoorDash are temporarily unavailable. We are still open and fully operational, with the smoker loaded and plenty of hot BBQ ready for you.

🎉 It’s official, is here! 🎉

We’re bringing weekend vibes to the middle of the week, starting now and every Wednesday going forward. For the first time ever, we’re serving up our smoked brisket burgers for dinner

All week long, we also have brisket chili and brisket pozole available daily.

As always, we’re pulling all your BBQ favorites off the smoker and ready to serve. Stop by tonight and celebrate with us!

So we have good news and bad news:

Bad news first- this is the worst snowball snow ever.

Good news- we’ll have some BBQ today!

We’ll open up at 12:00 today with a limited menu until we sell out. BBQ and the freezing temperatures just go too well together! We’ll have brisket, ribs, chicken, sausage and brisket jalapeno poppers. For sides we will have beans, potato salad, Mac and cheese and green chili cream corn.

We’ll even fire up a pot of brisket chili because it’s just too good not to!

Good morning!

We wanted to wait until this morning to make the call, but we will be closed today. We will wait until after lunchtime and decide if we want to start some briskets for tomorrow and keep everyone updated. Stay warm out there!

Is everyone ready for the artic blast?

We are keeping a close watch on the weather this weekend and will be open based on what is safest for our staff! As of now we plan to be open as long as our power is in and water is running, but the safety of our staff comes first so that is subject to change. We will post any and all updates on here.

As for the good stuff, let’s do come cold weather specials!

Smoked Pork Pazole
Our first pot of Brisket pazole sold out before we could even get this post up, but we have a full put of pork pazole rolling right now that should be ready by 2:00. Come load up while it’s hot. This is pure cold-weather comfort food!

NEW‼️ Brisket Chili
This is the first time we’ve ever sold brisket chili, and it’s something we’ve had in the cards for a while. Man, is it good. Rich, hearty, and absolutely perfect for this weather. You won’t want to miss it.
👉 We will also have Brisket Pazole tomorrow.
