We have brought back our favorite chocolate cake for the 10000th time (hopefully no one is getting sick of this one...)

Today it's called:

"I love Summer Rain, When It's Not Posing as a Tornado Blowing Down the City." Chocolate Cake

I'm pretty funny

Also, Lemon Layer Cake with Lemon Cream Cheese Frosting is in the works! (Can't wait to make up that name...)

And we are also making another peach strawberry ricotta cake, because it was just that good.

Sometimes it's fun when we don't have a plan, because then we find all KINDS of fun things to make!

This week we tried out a new recipe!

Sheet Pan Portobello Parmigiana (3 Large Portobellos). We stuffed the large mushrooms with marinara (veggie) topped them with mozzarella and toasted breadcrumbs with herbs and parmesan cheese. Roasted them together with grape tomatoes and garlic, finished them off with olive oil and fresh basil and YES PLEASE to THESE beauties.

We also have:
-Our BEST House Lasagna (love it..need another opinion? text Owen...He ate the plate it was on...)

-Lemon Chicken Orzo Pasta with Parmesan and Roasted Asparagus

-Chicken Florentine (I think I just made this the other week....but my brain melted and I forgot, so I made it again...)

-Thai Spicy Cucumber Noodle Salad (cold)

Desserts:
-White Chocolate Macadamia Nut Cookies
-Peach / Strawberry Ricotta Cake
-Bread Pudding
-Almond Croissants

And More!!!
