The Blue Mesa Easter Brunch menu features a wide variety of dishes, including beef tenderloin chimichurri, glazed ham, red chile salmon, and a street taco bar. There are also made-to-order omelets, huevos rancheros, and Belgian waffles served with either fried chicken or fresh berries and whipped cream. New specialties include blue crab and shrimp eggs benedict, as well as brioche French toast.
Signature dishes include blue corn cheese enchiladas, Adobe Pie, salads, and fresh fruit.
