Today’s spotlight: our Fresh Market Station.
For the open house, we served farm greens, watermelon with shaved shallots and cilantro mint vinaigrette, burrata with stone fruit and farro, and roasted heirloom carrots with tahini pomegranate sauce.
It is one of our favorites because it gives guests a little bit of everything without weighing down the meal. We were honored to share it at such a special evening.
