This picture is ME (business owner, wife, mom, friend, over 50 club) …the happy one, the one ready to conquer the world, the one that will not let anything or anyone stop her!!! But….The path isn’t easy, but oh is it completely worth it!!
This weekend reminded me why I said “yes” all those years ago.
Not because this business is easy.
Not because life is perfect.
But because every challenge has shaped me into the person and leader I’m becoming.
One of the biggest reminders I needed was this:
Don’t trade what you’re building for, but what you are building it for.
That hit me.
I’m building this business for my family, my future, my health, my community and the freedom to create a life I love and cherish. There will always be seasons where one area of life needs more attention than another. Sometimes it’s business. Sometimes it’s family. Sometimes it’s your health.
I’ve realized that life isn’t about finding perfect balance, but it is about recognizing the season you’re in and being intentional with your time without losing sight of why you started.
The challenges never stop, but neither does the opportunity to grow. Every difficult season teaches us something if we’re willing to learn from it.
