I’m so excited to share that my demo from the Galbani Cheese booth at the International Pizza Expo in Las Vegas this past March is now live on YouTube! 🍕✨

I had the incredible honor of sharing the stage with Iron Chef Donatella Arpaia—such a fun and inspiring experience I won’t forget.

A huge thank you to MC Chef Warren and the entire team at the booth who helped me get ready and made everything run so smoothly. It truly takes a village, and I’m so grateful.
