Meet the Metaxa Sour.

Created in 1888, Metaxa is one of Greece’s most iconic spirits. Think of it like brandy’s more approachable Greek cousin—smooth, a little sweet, with notes of honey, apricot, almonds, citrus, and spice.

Combine Metaxa and Disarrono, shake with fresh lemon, and finish it with a silky foam for a cocktail that’s bright, balanced, and made for summer.

🚧 Temporary Lunch Closure – Yamas Concord 🚧

Tomorrow, Tuesday June 16th, Yamas Concord will be closed for lunch while we install a brand-new, cleaner grease trap as part of ongoing improvements to our restaurant.

Unfortunately, the installation requires the water to be shut off for most of the day, and as much as we'd like to get creative, running water is pretty essential for operating a restaurant safely. 💧

The good news: we'll be back up and running for dinner service starting at 5:00 PM and look forward to serving you then!

Fresh watermelon, tequila, lime, and bubbles.

Watermelon is a greek summer staple—served cold, shared around the table, and best enjoyed with good company. We added tequila, bubbles, and a Tajín rim that brings the heat.

📣 We Have Exciting News, Concord!

Thanks to the incredible support from our guests and the amazing welcome we've received from the City of Concord, Yamas is now officially open 7 days a week!

When we first opened our doors, we could only dream of the response we've received from this community. Because of your continued support, we're excited to announce that we are now open on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, joining the rest of the week so you can enjoy your favorite Greek dishes any day you choose.

To everyone who has dined with us, shared kind words, brought friends and family, and helped spread the word—thank you. Your support has made this growth possible, and we're truly grateful to be a part of the Concord community.
