Summer flavors are taking center stage this Wednesday, June 3rd as we celebrate our weekly Five Course Italian‑inspired Dinner & Wine Pairing.
We’re so excited to showcase dishes that bring together the warmth, brightness, and rustic charm of Italy with the fresh, sunny vibes of early summer.
The evening opens with our loaded burrata layered with crispy salami, garlic, hot honey, chili oil, toasted pine nuts, and fresh herbs. Then we’re diving into a rich and silky lobster and gnocchi bisque that feels like pure coastal comfort. A Tuscan white bean panzanella brings freshness and texture, followed by a decadent pairing of gorgonzola bucatini and filet mignon with toasted walnuts and balsamic demi‑glace.
We’re ending on a sweet note with a deconstructed dark chocolate strawberry tiramisu topped with chocolate whipped cream and strawberry dust.
Each course is paired with expressive Italian wines chosen to elevate the flavors and bring the whole experience together.
