A proper pint has arrived for Yellowstone guests.

Guinness is now on tap, served the way it should be with Nitro gas and that smooth, classic pour.

All beer on tap at The Union Taproom and Restaurant is also available to Yellowstone guests. If you see something you want from the Union tap list, we’ll be happy to bring it to your table.

While you’re here, try our locally brewed beers, mocktails, or one of the many tequilas on our list.

Happy Hour runs 3 PM to 6 PM with half off beer and house wine, and 25% off cocktails.

We now have five new Zero Proof Sophisticated Sippers from the 313 Whiskey Bar: Old Bannock Highway, Dry Peach, Shanken Tea, Boston Tea, and Not An Old Fashioned.

They’re non-alcoholic, handcrafted, and built to feel like a real cocktail, not a substitute.

This one came directly from guest requests. We added the Nitro gas system so we could pour it right, and now it’s ready.

All beer available in The Union Taproom and Restaurant is also available for our Yellowstone guests. If it’s on tap next door, we’re happy to bring it to your table.

You can also enjoy locally brewed beers, mocktails, and a large selection of tequila.

A quick heads-up for Monday, July 13.

We have three large private events happening throughout the building, and our kitchen will be fully focused on serving those groups between 3:00 PM and 7:30 PM.

During that time, food service will not be available in The Yellowstone Restaurant or The Union Taproom and Restaurant.

313 Whiskey Bar will remain open, and guests are still welcome to enjoy drinks at each of our bars throughout the afternoon and evening.

We know this is an inconvenience, and we sincerely appreciate your patience and understanding. Our team wants to make sure each event receives the level of care and attention our guests expect from us.

Regular food service will resume after 7:30 PM.

The Yellowstone Restaurant offers on-site and off-site catering, along with private event options right here in the historic Hotel Yellowstone.

For smaller private gatherings, our Bison Room is available for up to 50 guests, with TVs, privacy, and a comfortable setting for business dinners, rehearsal dinners, birthdays, anniversaries, holiday parties, and more.

And yes, it’s only July, but we’re already booking Christmas parties. If you’re thinking about a Holiday gathering this year, now is the time to get on the calendar.
