Thank you for all the love yesterday, the anniversary Bbq -palooza was a lot of fun and our guests, the music and desserts were epic!
As we gear up for this MDW weekend, a few fun facts:

1. Our new menu is live- you can order all of our proteins and sides by the 1/2 or 1/4 Lb, as well as your favorite plates, sandwiches and starters. Mix and match - be creative and order exactly what you want.
2. We will have our Brisket Tallow Smash Burgers and Thumanns Franks on the menu for the weekend, should the weather reports be accurate, you can still get your MDW fix.
3. We now have a few new desserts- Sicilian Olive oil cakes with bourbon pecan glaze.. Chocolate Habanero Pie and some of our classics like Key Lime and Banana Pudding.
4. We have the best customers and we’re forever grateful we have had you in our lives for all these years.

This picture was years ago at PNC when Twisted Tea asked us to come up with a Bbq sauce using their products. And we catered for Dierks Bentley.
The result was a raspberry sweet tea glaze for ribs and it hit home pretty well!

This Thursday is our 16 year anniversary, we are doing an all you can eat BBQ buffet to feature some of our biggest hits from the start in Belmar, East Brunswick and Point Pleasant Beach. Here’s the details
:
Bbq Buffet- $45.00- includes brisket, ribs, wings, pastrami, sausage and all the sides plus a few surprises…soft drinks and dessert (Bourbon Vanilla pecan ,olive oil cakes- vanilla ice cream - bourbon caramel sauce.

Live Music- By Nick Foster and the Heavy Soul Blues Band

Seatings: 5:00, 6:30 and 8:00 PM (1.5 hour limit on tables)

Due to the amount of Catering we have on Saturdays, we will only be open for Breakfast on Sundays throughout the Summer. We have had to do this now for a few years and as much as we dislike it, it is the best way to accommodate the bulk catering we have as well ensure a lunch transition to better accommodate the summer crowds.
New Breakfast Hours- Sundays only
9 am-noon

If y’all have not seen it, give us a watch, you may recognize a few faces and a few of our dishes.. The re-airing just so happens to coincide with the launch of our Summer Menu 2026, and next week’s 16 year JSBBQ anniversary .
