Holy moly, guacamole! It’s a milkshake for lunch kind of day 🥵

Today’s flavors are just in time for America’s big birthday bash!!! 🇺🇸

Upta camp s’mores is a graham cracker base swirled with fudge, marshmallow, and chunks of graham crackers. It’s too hot for a camp fire, so this will fill that gap for ya!

Streaked (pronounced streak-id) Mountain Raspberry is a creamy vanilla custard with raspberry puree swirl and those dreamy dark chocolate raspberry truffles. 😋 I don’t recommend climbing Streaked Mountain today but I do, in fact, recommend this custard!!

Our friends “from away” are back in town for summer 🎉☀️ and something tells me they’d like some fluffanutter- our local yolkals (is that how you write it? 🤔) ate it all in early spring so we’re making up some fresh batches to share!

🥜 fluffanutter is our sweet creamy base with swirls of peanut butter and legit fluff. (which is apparently also a Maine thing) If you’ve never had the sandwich- you must! Make sure you don’t try to be healthy with like some wheat bread or something. It’s gotta be the white kind that gets stuck in your teeth.

🍃 Martha’s Mint Chip is just wicked good mint chocolate chip frozen custard.

🍦 What’s the Difference Between Frozen Custard and Ice Cream? 🍦

We get this question all the time!

Both frozen custard and ice cream are delicious frozen treats, but there are a few key differences:

🥚 Frozen custard contains egg yolks.
Ice cream is made with cream, milk, and sugar. Frozen custard includes those ingredients plus egg yolks, which give it its rich, creamy texture.

💨 Frozen custard is churned more slowly.
Less air is whipped into frozen custard than traditional ice cream. That means every bite is denser, smoother, and creamier.

❄️ Frozen custard is served fresh.
Our custard comes right from the machine and is served at a slightly warmer temperature than hard scooped ice cream, which helps create that silky-smooth texture people love.

Toasted Marshmallow is a warm toasted marshmallow base with mini Reese’s peanut butter cups and fudge swirl. It’s one of my newest favorites!

Cookies & Cream is a vanilla custard base with crushed up chocolatey Oreos. Simple. Classic. Amazing.

Best thing about custard on a rainy day? No line!

To this community- THANK YOU!! My friend sent me this last night after the 8th grade graduation. We weren’t exactly prepared for the entire town to show up due to a little scheduling snafu 😂 - but you were all patient and kind to my staff. It’s time for our Thursday Flavor drop!

Some weeks I come up with clever descriptions. This isn’t one of those weeks because I’m recovering from severe baseball mom overload. 😂 ⚾️

🧂 Salted Caramel — simple, classic, and always a crowd favorite. It’s a perfect start for a mix-in!

🍫 Brownie Fudge — brownie batter frozen custard with brownie bits and marshmallow swirl. It’s rich. It’s messy. It’s probably going to end up on your shirt so bring an extra.
