✨ A Little Bistro Story... ✨
Two years ago, HT's Sand Bar & Bistro was a simple waterfront takeout spot with picnic tables in the sand. We had a vision, a lot of determination, and a team willing to take a chance on something bigger.
Today, that little dream has grown into a destination for upscale breakfast and lunch, fine dining evenings, and unforgettable waterfront experiences. In the past year, with the addition of chef Steven Marquardt we launched our fine dining dinner service, and the response has been incredible. The support, feedback, and amazing reviews we've received have exceeded our expectations and continue to inspire us every day.
This year, we were honored to be recognized as one of the Top 12 Most Romantic Restaurants in Florida. we celebrated the opening of our beautiful patio, welcomed our 1,000th Facebook follower, and continued to grow beyond anything we could have imagined.
None of this happened overnight. It took countless early mornings, late nights, challenges, victories, and a team that never stopped believing in what HT's Sand Bar & Bistro could become.
A special thank you goes to our incredible Chef, whose passion, creativity, and dedication have helped elevate our menu and reputation. We're proud to announce that he is currently running for an award, and we'd love your support. We would also like to recognize our General Manager, Kaitlin Savage, whose leadership, determination, and commitment have helped guide the Bistro through its incredible growth. From helping build new concepts and experiences to ensuring every guest feels welcomed, her dedication has played a major role in shaping what HT's Sand Bar & Bistro has become.
Most importantly, a heartfelt thank you to our owner, Scott Weber. Thank you for believing in this vision, supporting big ideas, investing in our growth, and giving us the opportunity to continuously evolve. Your faith in the team has made all of this possible.

What started as a few picnic tables in the sand has become an award-winning waterfront dining destination, and we're just getting started.
