It goes everywhere.

The effect of shimmer on the cake was great. Unfortunately, my doodle walked behind me as I was spraying it and he has a beautiful shimmer too.

Maverick now goes by the name of Nitro and will be performing on stage nightly at 8pm.

Pro Tip: When you level a cake, always keep the cake that you cut off. It helps keep the vultures (aka husband and kid) at bay while you finish!

Finished baking the last order for pickup this weekend. Tomorrow morning we frost and decorate! Nothing like a table full of cupcakes for my husband and daughter to wake up to! 😁

Big shoutout and ear scratches to this doodle right here. He’s the true heart and soul of the bakery. He keeps me company while I bake, no matter what time of day. (Ok, I know he’s secretly hoping I’ll drop one of the “good smelling things” so he can have it.) As soon as I put the last of the cupcakes out to cool, his tail started wagging because now he can go to bed!
