We’re excited to welcome Kenzlee to R & R Cookies this summer! 💜

Kenzlee is spending her summer with us as a bakery apprentice, learning the ins and outs of the baking business. We can’t wait to see what all she learns this summer. Today, she was able to help make these breakfast foods. Taste testing is the best part!

We’re also proud to announce that we are partnering with The Blissful Bean coffee shop in Ecru to bring fresh-baked breakfast items to their customers.

Someone asked us this week to make a Chantilly cake for a baby shower. So we got busy and practiced and figured it out. First one needed some tweaking but the next one we hit a home run! This one has strawberries, blueberries and raspberries layered inside the cake and a traditional mascarpone, cream cheese and whipped icing. 🍓🫐
We love learning new skills. Thank you for trusting us!
