arms, local beef from Short's Family Farm, poultry and fresh produce from Spring Rain Farm & Orchards, just to name a few, and of course home made breads and desserts as well as the incredible cooking talent it takes to put it all together. Our menu changes several times a year and our nightly specials include fresh seafood and seasonal dishes.

While the sun sets over Port Hadlock, things are shifting just a little bit here at Ajax Cafe. We want to let our wonderful community know that we are no longer offering Happy Hour, but we are pouring all that energy into making our main dinner service better than ever!

We’re expanding our team and looking for Servers and Kitchen Staff who love beautiful dishes and amazing food as much as we do.

🍽️ Server - Provide friendly, high-energy service to our guests. You’ll manage tables and deliver amazing food while collaborating closely with a supportive team.
🍽️ Hot Line - Focus on the craft of cooking. You’ll be responsible for prepping and plating dishes with speed and precision during our busiest hours.
🍽️ Cold Line - A versatile role handling salads, desserts, and essential prep. You’ll also assist with dishwashing to keep the kitchen workflow seamless and efficient.

Summer is just around the corner, and we are turning up the heat with some exciting updates to our schedule! Make sure to join us this weekend to toast to the season—Sunday, May 10th, marks our final Happy Hour before we transition into our summer rhythm.

Starting May 14th, we will be open for dinner service from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM, Thursday through Monday.

We have been hard at work behind the scenes crafting a refreshed experience for you. Stay tuned for more details coming soon, including:

- A brand-new Summer Food Menu featuring seasonal flavors.
