OK since food costs are way up and I refuse to overcharge my customers I'm kinda switching gears. I'll have the roadside stand done soon for farm fresh eggs and veggies along with a few things covered under the cottage act like homemade Naan bread and maybe even growing my own saffron. I would love other suggestions. Kroger sells 2 pieces of Naan that are pumped full of preservatives and stuff for 4 dollars. I was thinking of charging 5 for 2 pieces since mine are freshly made every day with no preservatives. But I would love to hear any feedback

It's been a minute and I'm thinking of making some pork carnitas style tacos but curious to see if any of my regulars wanna grab any since I'm already making them. 2 dollars each and I'll probably do them Monday or Tuesday. The people I tagged in this are good with me so if u need to put it on the tab till you get paid you know how we do!

Well this weekend went pretty good but a few people that wanted food weren't able to get it as they planned so I grabbed a few extra supplies and I'll be doing limited food tomorrow. It's mostly going to be pickup. The only way I can do any deliveries is if the person needing the delivery schedules an exact time and to pay the delivery fee ahead of time as a deposit.

The filling for the Philly cheesesteak egg rolls. These are amazing if you've tried my tacos and love those then you need to try these! I already had one order today for 9 chicken tacos, 3 beef tacos and 6 of the Philly cheesesteak egg rolls. They will definitely be eating good today! So who's the next order? Also wanna throw in here that we also have pizza egg rolls.

OK since the last time I did tacos wasn't amazing (it was decent but far from what I'm used to) I figured maybe the issue was that I only had tacos. So this next time I'll be doing my authentic beef and chicken street tacos as well as my Philly cheesesteak and pizza egg rolls. The egg rolls are a bit more expensive then the tacos but that's because A) the ingredients cost way more and can't be bought in bulk and B) they are extremely filling. I tell people regularly not to order more then 2 egg rolls per person because you won't eat them all. I'll be doing them the weekend of May 24th, 25th and the 26th. This is not one you wanna miss out on! And the people that have bought my food can vouch for the fact that it's all amazing!

OK last tacos day didn't go horrible, but most of my orders went towards debt I owed or trading for things I needed of equal value but it could have been better. So I'm going to do a poll because it gets tiring having a ton of people promising to support you and your business and none of those people coming thru. It's just as easy to not comment as it is to make a hollow promise of support so in the interest of trying to provide the best food for my actual customers I figured I would take this poll. Should I do tacos again this next week or should I do something different? Maybe my pizza and Philly cheesesteak egg rolls? Or I could do my Philly cheesesteak sandwiches. I can literally cook anything from Indian to Asian to Latin American to even African cuisine. And if there happens to be anything I can't make its not that hard for me to find a recipe and memorize it. So please tell me what ya'll want so I can give the best food that most of the people want. And feel free to share this post because all opinions help.

Tacos starting today!!! House smells amazing and got all the prep work done last night. Got an appointment at 1 so I'll be starting after that and go till 8 tonight. Then noon till 8 tomorrow and the same Friday. Probably a half day Saturday depending on if I have any supplies left!

Well I was planning on doing tacos this weekend but when a big baller like my niece Angel Woodard messages saying she wants tacos and is willing to pay ahead of time so I can get the supplies I guess that means tacos are coming a Lil early lol. I'll be starting Wednesday and going until Saturday (probably a half day) so get your orders in and let's make this a good week for Mike's place!!! Also to all my customers that see this I am open to personal chef positions! If you want a specific meal cooked or even weeks worth (which I recently did for a veteran customer) I'm able to work with all kinds of budgets and dietary restrictions
