Major update!!

With heavy hearts the time has come for us to put Smoke Rings on the backburner 😭 this was not an easy decision but my health is most important. For those that dont know I was diagnosed with esophageal cancer and will need to sell this truck to help fund treatment. That doesnt mean there wont be another Smoke Rings in the future its just the end of this chapter.

With that being said the food truck is now for sale but not on sale! We will help whoever buys it to set it up and have their business running!

Included with sale;
2021 trailer double axel
Sandwich prep table
Steam wells
40 lb fryer
4 burner stove
Flat top
3 compartment + handwash sink
36 full pan warmer/proofer (needs heating element)
Ansul and hood
Square pos with 2 cash drawers
Door dash handheld
100 lb propane tank
Honda generator

I have a ton of cookware, refrigerators, and miscellanous items to include with sale. Trailer is in great shape and ready for your new business adventure!!

Please feel free to message us with any questions and for more pictures!!

2025, you were a wild ride — but 2026, we’re coming in hot 🔥

The end of the year is always our busiest season (shoutout to holiday catering chaos), so we’ve been a little MIA on social media. But that doesn’t mean we haven’t been cooking — literally and figuratively.

One of our big goals for the new year is to grow our social media community even more. Every share, like, comment, and shoutout helps a small business like ours in a big way — and we appreciate it more than we can say. Without you, there’s no us.

With that being said…
📣 Our 2026 books are officially OPEN!
Whether it’s a wedding, corporate event, family reunion, or just a party that needs some serious BBQ love, Smoke Rings BBQ is ready to show up and show out.

Let’s make 2026 the smokiest, sauciest, most flavor-packed year yet. 👊

🦃 Happy Thanksgiving from Smoke Rings BBQ! 🧡

Today we’re feeling extra thankful — for our amazing community, for every family we get to feed, and for every person who trusted us to be part of your holiday table. It means the world to us (and it also means we’ve been up since before the sun, smoking turkeys and smelling like deliciousness).

Feeding families is more than just a job — it’s an honor. Thank you for letting us be part of your traditions, your gatherings, and your very full plates.

From our food truck crew to you: may your day be warm, your hearts be full, and your leftovers be just the right amount of questionable by Saturday.

🧡🦃 We’re grateful for you. Happy Thanksgiving!
