Mo-Chilli BBQ Inc. Veteran Owned. Mike(USMC) & Heather Harbin For now, we're having fun, creating memories and satisfying appetites!

-We started as a rookie BBQ Team from Round Rock, Texas
-Mike Harbin served in the united states Marines after high school.
-We love BBQ and love to be around it.
-I have many ties to BBQ, My brother-in-law and sister are very involved in the BBQ circuit in central Texas; they've captured many awards in numerous competitions and cary some Grand Champion titles as well.
-We enjoy close friendsh

ips with many talented pit masters throughout central Texas.
-We left our careers back in Texas in the insurance world and decided to head to the Pacific North West.
-My wife Heather and I currently run our business together. Heather is a graduate and communications major from the University of Washington and grew up here in the Port Townsend area.

We are here and happy to help save some time cooking! BBQ brings people together is a great way to share time together; good food, good friends & good times!

We've barbecue stuffed baked potatoes on the specials board today!

Pork Burnt Ends, Pork Belly BLT's & Texas Chili on the board for tomorrow!

Saturday will be Smoked Prime Rib & Beef ribs!

We tend to go through ALOT of ST. Louis cut pork ribs. if you plan on sharing ribs this weekend then we'd recommend giving us a call ahead of time(today/tomorrow) and reserve a rack or two for your group!! (360)774-6627
