Before one of our pumpkins becomes the centerpiece of your table, we have to find it. 🍂

We search farms across Long Island, carefully choosing each pumpkin for its freshness, appearance, shape, and size. Every one must meet the same standard so that each guest receives the experience we originally envisioned for the Fall Feast.

It takes time, many miles, and plenty of searching—and we genuinely enjoy every part of the journey. Seeing each pumpkin finally arrive at the table makes every mile worthwhile.

This careful selection is also why we can prepare only a limited number of pumpkin dishes each evening—and why we cannot give a definite answer to the question so many of you have asked: How long will they be available?

We will continue serving them for as long as we can find pumpkins that meet our standards.
