Today, Tuesday 11/3, our Gluten Free & Gluten Free Vegan flavor is Vanilla Strawberry. If you’ve made gluten free baked items before, you know they need some kind of binder.

We use a variety of ingredients to help give the cake structure so it holds together. Today our Vanilla cake has ground flax seed, so you’re also getting a little more protein, fiber and some essential omega-3 fatty acids.

Please keep in mind, we have all allergens on site here in the kitchen. We take care to keep everything separate, but if you have a severe allergy to eggs, wheat, soy, dairy or nuts, we recommend you do not consume our products, for your safety.
