We named this sandwich for our Uncle Bob Doughty who served as District court Judge in Alamogordo, Otero County, New Mexico. Bob loves this great state of New Mexico but even more loves green chile.

So this great sandwich is our slow roasted roast beef topped with green chile, pepperjack cheese, lettuce, tomato, onion, and our Baja sauce on a toasted hoagie roll.

Hey everyone. Yesterday while I was in Lubbock with Rob we had a problem with our flat grill here at the cafe, so it had to be taken apart and now we are in search of a vital part to make it work. Several people are on the search right now but we will be closed until we can get the part. I will put out another post when we have an ETA of opening. Hopefully for lunch today. 🙏🏻❤️ Thank you for your understanding.
