Maine summer without lobster? Yeah right.
But at Lobster Bánh Mì we do it a little different around here 😎

Forget the soft bun — we put that Maine lobster into a crunchy Vietnamese bánh mì instead. Stir-fried in our house Cajun sauce, loaded with garlic mayo, fresh cucumber, jalapeño, cilantro, pickled veggies and crispy onion on top.

Don’t call it a lobster roll… call it a Lobster Bánh Mì. Same same but different 🤝🦞

Now on the menu all summer long.
If you travel to Maine and leave without trying one… respectfully, you did Maine wrong 😛
