Dinner service at Pamana officially kicks off this week! This menu is inspired by the PNW and driven by Filipino ingredients. Chef Ethan and his team have been working hard the last few months in R&D drawing inspiration from family recipes, local ingredients and classic Filipino dishes. Think fresh seafood, bright flavors from calamansi citrus, vegetables braised in coconut, house made noodles and more.
Dinner service runs Thursday to Saturday nights from 5 to 9 pm. Look forward to our new dinner menu and events from live music, cultural nights to collaborations with local chefs. Come celebrate your milestones, catch up with friends, or hang out just because. And yes, we’ll have drinks! We collaborated with the Hoxton team to develop cocktails also driven by some of our menu ingredients. Can’t wait for you to try it all!
