Candelaria is returned!

We have had this coffee on the menu in the past, and it was so good we brought it back. Sourced by our friends at La Minita, the coffee comes from from the Huehuetenango region of Guatemala, this coffee offers classic characteristics we've grown to love. Candelaria as well as an espresso as it does in a pour-over; it stands up really well in milk based drinks.
If you have never had coffee from Elevator, this would be a good place to start!

We have a New Coffee on the menu!

This cultivar is a new one to us and comes to us from Royal Coffee, Inc. . "Typica Mejorado" is a coffee developed in Ecuador in the 1970s using Ethiopian landrace coffees crossed with the bourbon variety.

Juan Peña is known for his meticulous processing. The coffee (grown at 1400-1700masl), is selectively harvested, floated and sorted for density prior to processing. It is then de-pulped, fermented, washed, and dried for 9-18 days using an automated drying room management system to carefully ensure stable moisture content and water activity levels. The attention to detail really shows up in the cup. We can't wait for you to taste this coffee!

A Guide Rail holds an elevator car on it's path. Sounds like what we need later in the day after a long afternoon!

This is our low-caffeine blend comprised of coffees from South America. It's 50% regular coffee and 50% EA Decaf coffee. It's easy to brew and works well as drip, pour over, cold-brew or a lovely espresso, all while being able to get to sleep at night. Available in 12oz, 2lb, and 5lb bags. for both retail and our wholesale partners.

Costa Rica, El Indio

We are excited to have another coffee comes from our friends at . El Indio is a fully washed coffee comes from San Marcos, in the Tarrazu region of Costa Rica. This coffee is very approachable yet complex and is delicious as a pour over, and fantastic in a latte.

We taste flavors that remind us of milk chocolate, orange, and walnut.

Finca El Diviso Java is almost gone! We don't usually post this often about a coffee so you know we are excited about it. We have very limited quantities left of this Anaerobic Java produced by Nestor Lasso in Huila, Colombia. This coffee offers truly unique flavors and will be sad to see it go, get some while you can!
