Hello!
I'm happy to finally introduce myself as the new owner of Cellar Door! For those that don't already know me, I'm Jason Rodriguez. I've been with Cellar Door since 2016 and roasting for the last 4ish years. I first have to thank Andrea, Jeremy and Erin for making this possible. Without all your hard work creating what Cellar Door is and was, I wouldn't be here to take it forward. I want to thank all of the people I worked with at the cafe; you took a complete newbie and showed me how to sling great coffee and introduced me to The Courtney's. I have to give a very special thanks to Thomas and Tom who showed me how to roast the Cellar Door way. Last but not least, I want to thank everyone who has supported Cellar Door and me through the years. Everyone has options for coffee in this town and I'm humbled that you continue to choose us!
I'll continue to roast the coffee you love and hope to add my own take on the Cellar Door style.

Shout out to the barista crew at our old shop, I’ve been giggling all morning thinking of y’all yelling ‘hot rinse’ whenever you warmed up a customer’s personal mug for them. 💜

Earth Month has been activated and Cellar Door is trying our hardest to level up with Portland’s Feed the Mass non-profit.

Their mission is one that’s dear to our hearts, “We develop, cook, and serve healthy meals to all in need while working with local property owners, grocery partners, food suppliers, regional farmers and BIPOC businesses.”

For Earth Month, Cellar Door will be donating 10% of all online sales to Feed the Mass. We are working towards an ongoing partnership, stay tuned...
