Today's lunch special is a Deli Turkey Sandwich on our homemade brioche bun with chips and a cup of Tomato Basil soup for $12. Sandwich dressed with lettuce & tomato with pickles. mayo and mustard on the side.

Breakfast kolaches start at 7am and are available until 10am or sold out, lunch starts at 11am.

Good morning Portland TX! Thank you to everyone who suggested new names for our stuffed focaccia loaves. We will be announcing a winner soon!

Today's special is our Pepperoni Roll (featured in yesterday's video) served with Marinara & Roasted Garlic Butter and a bowl of Chef Zelina's Tomato Basil soup for $12. Get it toasted or take and bake for later. Add a 10oz pasta salad for $3 with the purchase of the special.

In order to streamline our operations and serve our community in the quickest and most efficient manner, we have crafted a new core menu.

We are testing out stuffed focaccia today! Choose from:

* Salami Jalapeno & Cheddar
* Italian Sausage & Mozzarella
* Vegan Veggie

These rolls will be $8 when we put them on the menu, but are $5 today and tomorrow while we test them out!

Lunch special today is salad trio with choice of grilled focaccia slice. Choose from 8oz smoked chicken salad, whipped egg salad or pasta salad, served with soup or side salad, fresh fruit and grilled focaccia $12.

Vegan options today are vegan veggie focaccia, pasta salad, side salad, fresh fruit & Rosemary Dippin' Bread loaves.
