So grateful now that I have let go of decaying teeth, a van that kept unhealthy ties to a past relationship and let go of the fear and pain of admitting final closure, let go of hoarding things in that van that people storing it could actually use. Yes, I had gradually let go and organized my things but avoided complete closure! Telling myself I had no drama in my life even sort of smugly judging others at times unconsciously denying my own clinging to a past that couldn’t be a future.
Have you ever done that? Are you doing that now?
Yes there’s a time to be gentle with yourself but there’s also a time like with an infected tooth or splinter, you really gotta rip that thing out.
I have a good childhood friend who was firm with me on the phone too. It is Grace we reconnected after I couldn’t find her for decades.
Sure enough it was last summer after the water fast and shredding journals. To be continued.

Believe in yourself and know that we all have some sort of block to abundance. I recently received a $17K money mindset course for free (all worth permission) and am realizing what is coming through for me and that who I am is more than I have imagined. What we are swimming in and connected to has formed us and is still forming us now. Like my longtime studies and practice with the Breath of Life in biodynamic Craniosacral say as well! I repeat these things daily to clients in session and now they are coming in full circle to teach me the relevance to abundance and wealth.
And help me see more clearly that Life loves me in all areas. This process of releasing subconscious blocks of not feeling good enough, that this is for others not me, and some affirmations that are like a reverse gut punch from long ago like a fist is being removed from my gut. I am releasing past baggage, resentment or shame and simultaneously instinctively tackle those clutter corners in my life every day.
Even though I have worked hard to clear any resentment or blame stuff can sneak into those blind spots that sometimes only others can see.
It feels good to shed these layers of lack and limitation and realize I am holding the key all along to open that door to light and freedom.
I cannot share the exact lessons from this high end money mindset course I can say what it brings up for me and how it illuminates my existing awarenesses and studies.
I can let my abundance flow out to you and the world and the Earth for greater good.
“Spirit is expressing through us” she said and it stunned me. Sometimes the right person can say something you “knew” but it just lands deeper and something shifts from the way the person delivered it.
Similarly, we each don’t know our power to be, do and contribute to someone else.
Today don’t give up on your passions and dreams. They heal you and inadvertently heal someone else.
I’ve suddenly realized I’d been unknowingly carrying a quite limited view of what’s possible for my future. And taking a peek under the corners of those beliefs and shining light of Spirit asking what is wanting to come through.

This is my LIFE today. LOVIES! My daughter and Peach earthing in the yard with me beneath the clear blue sky and lush pine trees in the tall dandelion grass.
Nothing and I know that nothing can buy this family and healing.
This sight today, after our gift exchange, long talk and deep processing stuff in life that’s ready to unblock them vegan tacos, just completely warms my soul.
and the water fasting and prayers have definitely changed my whole life this year blessing me in countless ways.
But of all blessings, the ability to have space for this perfect Mother’s Day is what it is truly all about, imho.
