Wing of the week . Honey chipotle
Flat bread of the week . Hawaiian chicken barbecue

Slow braised pork shanks, tomatoes , celery, carrots and onion in a white wine reduction topped with gremolata served over roasted garlic mashed .

The Portland burger . Burger patty topped with aged Swiss cheese , crispy jalapeños , bacon, mushrooms , onion jam and arugula with Parmesan truffle fries.

Pretzzel bonanza . Warm oven baked pretzel pieces covered in cinnamon sugar and served with chocolate and icecream .

Chicken penne Ala vodka . Grilled chicken breast, baby spinach, tomatoes and oven roasted garlic , sautéed with penne pasta in a tomato cream vodka sauce topped with shaved Parmesan and arugula .

Arugula and shaved steak salad . Fresh arugula , shaved prime rib , shaved Parmesan cheese , red onions and red peppers with a lemon pepper vinaigrette .
