Closing at 3 today for a catering.

Photo from yesterday. My Saturday ritual is to stop at the market on my bike ride in to work and grab some veggies to go into the week's raita and dhal. This week I picked up some asparagus for our raita and chard for the next batch of dhal. Support your local farms and value add food producers!

Have you tried our shrimp? Marinated in fenugreek leaf, fennel seed, and curry leaf. Sauteed with curry leaves, pepitas, Kashmiri chilli. Available as a rice bowl or a plate with rice, salad, and pickles.

Spring means strawberries and I've switched up our side salad dressing to one of my favorites - Strawberry Kalonji (known as Nigella in the west). Sweet and tangy and with just a hint imof spice. Available as an add on to all our entrees or just as a side too. Swing by here at the pod afterwards to grab a strawberry dessert too!

15lbs of rhubarb by way of broken down for our rhubarb & cury leaf chutney that we're serving alongside some a grilled and chilled shrimp at the this Sunday! A big thanks to for sharpening my knives earlier this week and making this a breezy job.

Spring means peas! I've swapped out our Lamb Kale Keema for a Lamb Matar Keema - ground lamb and peas in a super rich sauce. Online menu still says Kale, will swap out as soon as I get a chance!

Picked up some Mizuna from as an addition to our cabbage salad this week. This variety is "Pinky Pop" with just a hint of color in the stems and like all Mizuna it has a mild pepper bite and slight bitterness. We love working with local farmers and highlighting their products on our menu!

Not your auntie's butter chicken. We marinate them thighs in kasoori methi, sumac, and chipotle pepper overnight and then gently cook them to be super tender. Reheated with a high temp sear when you order and tossed with our classic makhani sauce - butter, cream, tomatoes, and secret spices.

Slow rainy afternoons are for R&D. Chicken thighs marinated in Gochujang, chickpea , mayo, and house curry powder. Pan fried to perfection and finished with smoked turmeric salt. This would make a pretty bomb skewer. 🤔
