When The Maine Scoop Co. || Pine Point, Maine asked us to spin them a batch of White Chocolate Lavender, we knew it had to be just right. It’s been a staple at their stand for years! ✨

We did a 48-hour cold steep with real lavender and melted white chocolate into the base for a perfectly smooth and balanced floral flavor.

Available by the scoop this weekend (and maybe all season, if you ask nicely!) 😉

Surreal to say but TEN years ago, I started making the ice cream I wanted to see in the world and we’re still here!!!! Parlor kicked off as a pop up where I made limited edition flavors to scoop at bakeries, breweries and everywhere in between. Then we started selling pints to small shops and ten years later, we’re still at it!

While a lot has changed (I don’t have to deliver boxes filled with dry ice in my car anymore!) there’s a lot that hasn’t. We’re still handcrafting each pint at our kitchen in Biddeford in small batches with the best ingredients we can find and trying to make the greatest ice cream that you’ve ever had.

It’s felt like no time and forever, all at once. We wouldn’t still be here without you, so thanks to everyone who has supported this dream so far and here’s to the next ten! Swipe for some fun ✨Parlor through the ages ✨ photos 😂
