We’re bringing out Pomme Sour and Radical Forces, “From the Vault”, to share with you early this year!

Pomme Sour is a quince farmhouse ale. It steals the show with bright apple, citrus, vanilla aromas, and a light, refreshing acidity, soft honeycomb finish. 6%

Radical Forces is an oak-aged ale made with whole-cluster Pinot Noir grapes from Echo Hill Vineyard that reshape this beer’s very DNA. Lush, deep, and fruit-forward, it’s a bold blend of elegance and power that blurs the line between beer and wine. 10.7%

Fresh from hop selection at in Yakima, WA, the crew from swung by our brewery with bags of just-harvested 2025 Simcoe. We fired up the tanks and teamed up to brew Apricaught!

A bright, sunshine-soaked apricot sour lightly dry-hopped for lift, bursting with layers of ripe stone fruit, tangerine zest, and grapefruit peel, all balanced by a soft, refreshing tartness.

This small batch, draft only ale, will be pouring around town here in Portland, OR, right now, and in El Segundo, CA, very soon.

Style: Dry-Hopped Fruited Sour Ale, 5.8%
