For July ONLY, we’re thrilled to announce a limited-edition cherry flavor as part of the Northwest Cherry Trail—a collaboration with five wonderful Portland regional shops, each producing a unique seasonal flavor centered on cherries 🍒 ⭐️
Our flavor, Cherry Rhubarb Crisp, features a rich mascarpone base layered with cherry-rhubarb sauce and house-made gluten-free oat crisp. Inspired by sun-drenched summers spent at our grandma’s house in the Oregon countryside, savoring cherries fresh from the local fruit stand, fresh-cut rhubarb from our grandpa’s garden, and vanilla ice cream served over a warm slice of pie. Get it now through the end of July!
