There is a sweetness in the quiet joy of a perfect spring bite…

From the snap of a youthful radish, to a spoonful of silky chilled soup or our little escargot plat à table nested in an herb salade and always, our mainstay of oysters kissed with sea buckthorn. As of late, Chef Kristen has brought back a favorite dessert to indulge in with cocoa nib kissed bittersøt porcini’s w/chocolat sorbet.

I feel my boots
trying to leave the ground,
I feel my heart
pumping hard. I want
to think again of noble things.
I want to be light and frolicsome.
I want to be improbable beautiful and afraid of nothing,
as though I had wings.
Antica/MÅ makes me feel this wild + wonderful way, in tune with my most expansive wingspan yet. ♥️
