• Spice poached chicken salad, baby carrots & herbs

• Sweet potato cardamom mash, gorgonzola, fennel, blood orange & micro greens

• Spring salad, sugar snap peas, carrots, spiced sunflower seeds, herbed chèvre, micro greens & a nutritional yeast vinaigrette

• Roasted breakfast radish, serrano hot honey, marigold butter, microgreens, sesame & poppy seeds!
