We don’t like to brag but… we will for just a minute 😆We’re just so proud of the fact that our roasted chickpea butter is not only delicious – it’s sustainable and good for the planet as well 🌎
That’s because chickpea farming is easier on water sources — and, unlike almonds, it doesn’t need a ton of supplemental water beyond rainwater.
The chickpea plant also releases nitrogen back into the soil after harvest, which acts as fertilizer for the next crop. Way to pay it forward, little chickpea!
