Our Williams shop turns 3 today
And honestly, we had no idea if we’d even make it this far.
There were a lot of stumbles, a lot of “what are we doing?” moments, and a lot of wondering how long we could keep this going.
And then year 3 did something we never saw coming.
And we know it wasn’t luck, it was you.
Telling your friends. Bringing people in. Saying “just try it.”
Taking a chance on flavors you’d never had before.
That changed everything for us.
Kulfi began out of a feeling of homesickness, but it’s become so much more.
Some of the most beautiful moments of our lives have taken place within these walls.
Thank you for sharing your good days and bad days with us, for coming along for the chaos, and for making all of this possible.
Most of all, thank you for becoming our home.
It’s a privilege to be here, and we hope we get to do this for a long, long time ❤️
