The ESL Cafe We're a community meeting place staffed with a friendly bunch of coffee & tea-loving volunteers eager to befriend and help refugees and immigrants.

We meet in Portland at Mocha Express on 1951 SE 82nd Ave every Wednesday night from 6-8PM and every Thursday from 11AM to 1PM. In Vancouver we meet at Fred Meyers Cafe on 16600 SE Mcgillivray on the 1st & 3rd Tuesdays of the month from 10AM-12PM.
