Hi, thanks for following us, as mentioned in our bio we do both tradtional and untraditional bowls of ramen for our pop-ups. With that being said....

This is our toasted tortilla alkaline noodle! We have figured out a way to give our noodles the flavor of a freshly made tortilla...it's going to pair very well with the broth we are using it with.
