After much consideration, we share the difficult news that The Chinese Cowboy will be closing its doors.
This decision was not made lightly. Like many in our industry, we have faced ongoing economic challenges that have made it increasingly difficult to sustain operations. Despite our best efforts, the financial realities have led us here.
What matters most to us, though, is not how it ends—but everything that came before.
To our customers: thank you for showing up, for your curiosity, your loyalty, and for embracing something a little different. You gave life to this space in ways we could never have imagined.
To our performers: thank you for your energy, your talent, and for turning ordinary nights into something unforgettable.
To our vendors and partners: thank you for your support, your craftsmanship, and for helping us bring our vision to the table.
The Chinese Cowboy was always more than a restaurant—it was a community, a collaboration, and a shared experience. We are endlessly grateful to everyone who was part of it.
Join us for one last rodeo, we’ve got karaoke Friday 4/10 from 8-11 and our final night will be Saturday 4/11.
