So many ways to use this beautiful fruit - besides just devouring a juicy dripping delicious whole one! Salads are a great thing to incorporate pears into. Mix with blue cheese and make a seasonal bruschetta. Top arugula or spinach with pear and some toasted pecans or walnuts. Drizzle with high quality balsamic vinegar. Enjoy!
