Euphoria has an update!
So I don’t have all the details yet/dates/times etc,
But I am announcing that Euphoria Food Co will be reopening to the public for another spring/summer season of juice & smoothie goodness!
It didn’t seem like it was going to be in the cards. My personal path has turned a different direction and cart operations this summer didn’t seem like it fit, but a few things changed in the background.
A couple things to expect:
I won’t be the only one there! We have two more women from holistic natural health backgrounds joining me (Chef Lizz). I could not be happier about this development! I can’t wait for the energy of a group healing presence to elevate the space.
Smaller menu, more refined options, BUT faster, grab n go, delivery, & bulk sauces & other pantry goodies.
CBD-infused drinks, and more entheogenic herbs on deck to turn the Euphoria dial way up!
If there’s anything I’ve learned in the last few years of running this business is that what we provide is one part experience, one part nourishment, and another part solutions. So were leaning into that more and more.
As far as our meal prep service goes-to be honest- the reception was fantastic and the growth potential is there- BUT I hit a wall with space at the cart to do it functionally and without an additional commissary kitchen, it just is too much for that little space. However, it did highlight some featured foods that people are wanting in bulk, on deck and done for them. So that info is definitely being taken into consideration as we develop grab n go & online options.
Transparency about this small business is something I’ve always upheld - for better or worse 🫠 BUT I think its important for people to know why things go how they go, the types of challenges hyper niche businesses face, and the journey to refinement.
Reopening hours and days will be posted soon!
